HEADCOVER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 

1.  How do I order?

To order headcovers simply go to the HEADCOVER ORDERS category and select an item with the number of headcovers required and within that item either select colours, stripes etc. or email with your particular design.  OR you can purchase the headcovers one at a time by selecting single headcovers and specifying colours, stripes etc for each headcover.

2.  How do I pay?

Chill Designs accepts Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard only) online, Paypal and for Australian customers we also accept Direct Deposit.

3.  How long will my order take?

Most orders will be completed within a couple of weeks but at times orders may take up to 4 weeks to complete.  International orders will also have to add time for airmail post from Australia (usually 7-10days)

4.  How are the headcovers made?

Chill Designs headcovers are genuine hand knitted 100% wool.  Chill Designs has a number of knitters who hand knit at home.   Each set ordered is individually designed and knitted.  Elastic and Pom poms are added before posting.

5.  How many colours can I have and what if I have my own design?

Most headcovers are knitted in a main colour with one or two accent colours used in stripes and pompoms.  More than two colours and most individual designs can be catered for but designs should be discussed and confirmed at the time of order.

6.  How do I clean my headcovers?

Chill Designs headcovers are 100% wool and should be drycleaned.  Pompoms can be freshened up by carefully and lightly trimming the ends of the threads with sharp scissors.
